Job Title: Senior Creative Graphic Designer

Salary: Dhs. 10,000 to 12,000

Location: Sharjah

Key Skills Required: Creative Designing , Conceptual Advertising , Experience with Animations, Infographics and Multimedia Production, have experience in retail or Ecom , UX and UI , have done full fledge marketing campaigns, and posses good expertise in visual and multimedia production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visually appealing designs for a wide range of projects, including marketing campaigns, branding, digital and print media, packaging, and website interfaces.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to interpret project briefs and create designs that communicate key messages effectively.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior designers, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and support to foster their professional growth.
• Ensure all designs meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Develop and enforce brand guidelines for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project objectives and deliver optimal design solutions.
• Collaborate with external vendors such as printers, photographers, and freelance designers as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into the creative process.
• Experiment with new techniques and design approaches to push creative boundaries.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, etc.).
• Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and web design is a plus.
• Experience with Animations, Infographics and Multimedia Production
• Creativity and Vision:
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and innovative concepts.
• Ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges.
• Leadership and Communication:
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and articulate design decisions.
