Job Description

As an IT Coordinator, you will work with the team to create unforgettable experiences for our internal and external guests.

What You Will Be Doing
 

• Work on technical or operational problems as reported by the team members and/or clients and guests in a timely manner.
• Assist the IT Head in keeping accurate inventory and record of all hardware, software and manuals purchased by the hotel.
• Maintain forms, supplies and spare parts inventory for all computer system related items.
   

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
• Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
• Competency using a variety of computer softwares
