Furthermore, Decathlon offers various jobs across the organization which includes Retail, Omni Commerce, Production, Logistics & Warehouse Management. Currently, we are looking for an Account Manager- Quick Commerce to manage external quick commerce accounts and scale the business while working functionally with the Internal Brand, Warehouse, Finance and IT teams.

Profile: An intrapreneur with around 1-3 years similar experience who is passionate about spreading the benefits of sports, representing Decathlon India among the leadership teams of top marketplaces/platforms. As someone leading this, you will be expected to demonstrate the following abilities:

  • Account Management skills to lead the partnerships/alliances from end to end.
  • High ownership to plan and deliver the business goals.
  • Strong prioritization skills with ability to balance partners experience with business priorities.
  • Skills to work across multiple stakeholders and functions to communicate, persuade and deliver results.
  • Ability to think big on a vision while being rooted in constant execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Figure out creative ways to grow the business 5X year on year.
  • Build relationships and earn trust of the strategic partners and ensure an amazing account management.
  • Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders across functions to ensure a seamless operation and networking with the same.
  • Collaborate with different teams to decide the right product mix, pricing strategy and offer for the platform.
  • Coordination with the category team of the quick commerce to help sell Decathlon products better.
  • Review the end to end sales funnel and improve conversion on the platform based on data and analytics.
  • Jointly decide organic and inorganic marketing strategies to get visibility on the platform.
  • Work on sales forecasting and contribute towards P&L management.
