Business Services Support

Summary
This position will support various business/tax support roles within GSS team in ensuring timely delivery of agreed /adhoc reporting/activities through strong collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities Include

Tasks and responsibilities of the position:

• Support team mates towards delivering routine deliverables & functional projects (local/global initiatives) under guidance
• Support lime manager in managing workload and building back-up for critical roles across process, by learning and delivering multiple tasks, from time to time;
• Deliver periodic reporting for Supply chain and procurement activities on time and accurately, independently
• Work closely with senior members in handling routine requests for transfer price setup & support queries in a timely manner.

Ensure accuracy of the process/activities being handled. Work closely with the Line Manager in ensuring timely and quality service to business and improve efficiency of the processes.

Qualifications

The following are required for the role

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0-2 years’ experience in any industry, preferably shared services
• Fluency in English required
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic communication skills –ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment
• Ability to meet work deadlines producing good quality output
• Prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables
• Basic MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge will be a plus
