Job Role Summary/Overview

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join otheirur team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running Facebook and Google Ads, creating landing pages, and writing compelling ad copy. You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing ad accounts to ensure high-performing campaigns. If you have a knack for creating low-cost, high-converting leads and understand how to target specific demographics, we want to hear from you!

Job Highlights

• Hourly Rate: USD 7.06, the equivalent in your local currency
• Paid Hours per Week: 40
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Alabama Time
• Work Arrangement: Work from home
• Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will also be accountable for handling their taxes and benefits independently. The professional fees are calculated on an hourly basis.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to drive results.
• Create effective landing pages tailored for high conversion rates.
• Develop compelling ad copy to capture attention and drive engagement.
• Set up and manage advertising accounts across platforms.
• Use Meta Business Suite to build and manage campaigns.
• Build and manage high-converting ad campaigns targeting a variety of demographics, particularly age-specific groups.
• Run campaigns aimed at both low-cost and higher-quality lead generation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and campaign optimization.
• Ensure proper Facebook page and account setup for campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience running Facebook and Google Ads with successful results; Must submit portfolio / sample work
• Strong understanding of landing page design and optimization.
• Excellent copywriting skills for ad creation.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and Facebook page setup.
• Ability to build, manage, and optimize ad campaigns targeting specific demographics.
• Deep knowledge of strategies to create low-cost leads as well as higher-value leads.
• Familiarity with account and page setup processes on Facebook.
• Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance.
