Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers to support our sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to connect organizations with our transformative mental health solutions, playing a key role in expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through various channels including cold outreach (calls, emails, and social media).
Identify decision-makers and craft tailored messaging to engage prospects.
Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs of potential customers and align those needs with our AI-powered mental health coaching services.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and optimize lead conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of leads and communication in CRM systems.
Provide market feedback to help shape future outreach efforts and product offerings.
Meet or exceed monthly quotas for outreach, lead qualification, and sales pipeline growth.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role, preferably in the tech or healthcare industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and handle objections effectively.
Ability to conduct market research and customize outreach strategies.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of ownership.
Passion for mental health and wellness, with an interest in AI and innovative technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in mental health, employee wellness, or related industries.
Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or SaaS platforms.
Proven success in a target-driven sales environment.
