Key responsibilities
A Typical Day May Include
Assist with new employee onboarding
Assist with terminations, including exit interviews
Contribute to recruitment efforts
Utilize our HRIS/HRMS software to track recruitment and benefit administration
Provide guidance to current, former, and future employees
Ensure compliance with employment law
Collecting employment and tax information
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
Job Profile
We are searching for a candidate with 3 years’ of Human Resources experience
Minimum 2 years of experience working in on a US Government Contract internationally.
Experience with ATS and HRIS processes.
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Ability to exercise judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and personal credibility
Excellent communication, consulting and influencing skills
Self-starter; takes initiative and proactively communicates
