Job Description
- Provides business management with financial decision support and analysis, portfolio management, market model analysis, business planning, and FP&A
- Reduces broad finance-related concepts, business strategies into structured projects
- Leads the design/ delivery of new finance tools/ processes/ business decision and support analyses; is the key technical contributor in the finance function
- Solves complex, high impact financial and business program/ project design and delivery problems
- Communicates effectively across boundaries
- Discussion with Finance controllers & FP&A controllers on various analysis of numbers
- Effectively collaborates across functions to arrive at robust solution of complex issues with One Agilent Mindset
Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience post qualification
- Analytical skills including financial planning, forecasting & variance analysis
- Proficiency with MS Excel. Functional knowledge of systems like SAP, Essbase, HANA will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills including written, oral and presentation
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with Senior Management/Executives
- Strong team player, analytical skills and ability to work independently with business acumen
- Strong customer-focus and results orientation
- Strong accounting knowledge with the understanding of accruals, reconciliation & GL analysis
