Your day to day

The Front Office Driver is responsible to assist in providing the below task;:
 

• Project a first positive impression of the Hotel to arrival guests by extending a warm welcome and provide any required assistance with Luggage in coordination with FO team.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the hotel.
• Be present at all scheduled flight landings and assist arrival guests with baggage assistance.
• Ensure that transportation check sheet for all cars are done as per defined standards for all vehicles and filled daily.
• Must complete the daily kilometre reading book and file after use using each Vehicle & carry your Airport ID plus emirates ID at all times on duty.
• Must be well aware of Dubai roads and other emirates, and prepare and ensure that in-car amenities and the condition of the car are perfect every day prior to starting shifts.
• Promote and sell the hotel to arriving guests who do not have accommodation (i.e. walk in guests).
• Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform and appearance as per hotel standards at all time.
• Report any Vehicle maintenance to the supervisor or manager on duty, or any accidents.
   

What We Need From You

Experience and Skills:
 

• Previous hotel-related experience desired
• Should have a light vehicle license and heavy bus license
