About the Dubai Jobs for Accountant 

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage and oversee our financial
operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices,
experience with financial reporting and analysis, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to

ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Account Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all

transactions are accurately recorded and classified.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts,

providing insights and recommendations to support financial planning.

• Expense Tracking: Monitor and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and

accurate payments and collections.

• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation

and explanations of financial transactions and processes.

• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and

federal tax regulations.

• Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed financial analysis to support

decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

• Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate financial records, ensuring all

documentation is readily accessible for review and compliance purposes.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the

efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent

certification is preferred.

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a consulting or professional

services environment.
