About the Administrative Assistant jobs in Rosharon
What You’ll Do as Admin Assistant in Rosharon
- Obtain, sort and organize sales tickets for stabilized materials and deliveries
- Maintain up-to-date information on customers and jobs
- Compile weekly charts of jobs for business development and sales functions
- Keep Purchase Orders records as required for all purchases to maintain P.O. files
- Assist Dispatchers by conveying messages and assisting customers and/or employees with questions or problems
- Order, stock and maintain inventory of supplies utilized by the Office
- Assist with daily office needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need to join as Admin Assistant in Rosharon
- 5+ years professional administrative, preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
