We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage client relationships and help grow our business. You will be responsible for negotiating deals, understanding client needs, and making sure our services are delivered successfully. As the main point of contact for our clients, your role is crucial in ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.
- Manage Client Relationships: Be the main contact for our clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Negotiate Deals: Lead and close deals that meet both client needs and our business goals.
- Manage Accounts: Oversee client accounts, making sure services are delivered well and clients are happy.
- Support Clients:Help with client inquiries, solve issues, and provide timely solutions.
- Grow and Retain Clients:Find opportunities to expand our services within existing accounts and ensure clients stay with us.
- Provide Reports:Keep clients updated on account status, performance, and opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or a diploma with 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and working with people.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong communication skills in both.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at the same time.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- A client-focused attitude with a desire to exceed expectations.
