Job Description: Join our team at a Luxury 5 Star Hotel in Dubai as a Senior Hostess. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in high-end hospitality settings, including Luxury Fine Dining Restaurants and Artisanal Cafes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and fluency in multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Manage reservations and ensure seating arrangements are efficiently coordinated.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
