Talent Acquisition Specialist – Global Media Agency - In-house Opportunity

Recruiting for a leading global media agency that is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their in-house team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in an agency or headhunting environment who is ready to transition in-house and take on a more strategic talent role within a fast-paced, creative business.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can think beyond traditional recruitment methods, proactively build talent pipelines, and contribute to broader talent initiatives such as graduate programmes and early careers hiring. You’ll work closely with business leaders to shape recruitment strategies and attract top-tier talent across digital, creative, and media disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across digital, media, creative, and strategy teams
• Proactively source and headhunt top talent across local and international markets
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Develop and support graduate and early careers programmes, including partnerships with educational institutions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
• Stay informed on industry trends and use data to advise on talent strategies

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally from an agency or headhunting background
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills
• Experience working across creative, digital, or media-related industries is a plus
• Confident managing multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable transitioning into an in-house role with broader talent responsibilities
• Strategic mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
