We are actively seeking an Arabic-speaking Accounts Payable Accountant to join our dedicated team in Dubai. This exciting role involves comprehensive financial responsibilities and will be deployed to a multinational luxury retail group client. Key Responsibilities:
Process supplier invoices in compliance with KSA VAT regulations and our client's standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently.
Participate in both month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts.
Oversee the weekly payment cycle, including approval of supplier invoices.
Conduct audits on business expense claims to guarantee adherence to our strict policies.
Drive improvements in our accounts payable processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. Accounting certifications are a plus.
At least 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the luxury goods or retail sectors.
Strong command of SAP and in-depth knowledge of IFRS and KSA VAT regulations.
Fluent in both Arabic and English, with exceptional communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
