Urgent Requirement for Sales Lead-Individual Contributor- Dubai, UAE - (Arabic Speaker)

We are Microsoft Solution Partner and Implementing Microsoft Business software in medium to large organizations, providing our clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft’s M365, Azure, Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Lead to join our team. This individual contributor role will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, in our Karachi Office. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong sales background, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster growth within existing accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their pain points and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Analysis and Insights:

  • Analyze market trends and identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights on competitive offerings and emerging industry trends.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with port and airport community systems and relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.

Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 7 to 10 years of sales experience, preferably within Microsoft Eco System specifically Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platforms is an advantage. Experience in individual contributor roles with a proven ability to hunt for new business opportunities. Strong relationship management skills.

  • Capability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.

Organizational:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong time management skills.

Digital Acumen:

  • Understanding of SaaS products and digital project delivery is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
