We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Primary Senior Leader to join our dynamic leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and innovative leader who is ready to contribute to whole-school development while also having a key focus on curriculum leadership, with responsibility for overseeing English across the primary phase.
Contribute to the strategic leadership and operational management of the Primary School.
Drive school improvement initiatives and uphold the school's vision, values, and priorities.
Lead and line manage staff, promoting high standards of teaching and learning across all subjects.
Oversee the delivery and development of the English curriculum across the primary school.
Support middle leaders and teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
Monitor and evaluate school performance, contributing to self-evaluation and action planning.
Skills
The successful candidate will have:
Bed or Bachelors Degree
Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivelant
UAE experience and familiarity with the KHDA framework.
Experience teaching the National Curriculum for England.
Evidence of recent outstanding lesson observations.
Previous senior or middle leadership experience within a primary setting.
A proven ability to inspire, lead change, and build capacity within a team.
Desirable:
A recognised leadership qualification, such as NPQLTD or NPQSL or equivalent.
