Job Summary: The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for various roles within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure a good fit for the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
