We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT/Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier IT professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Identify, source, and attract qualified IT candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Client Liaison: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
Job Posting and Advertising: Create and manage job descriptions, post openings on job boards, and ensure maximum visibility of job ads.
Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Offer Negotiation: Extend offers and negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms of employment.
Reporting and Metrics: Track recruitment metrics, provide regular updates to management, and continuously improve processes.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to understand the competitive landscape.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 4+ years of experience in IT or technical recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of various technical roles, such as software developers, network engineers, data analysts, and IT infrastructure specialists.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Tools: Proficiency in using recruiting software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate offers and handle challenging recruitment situations.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess candidate fit and resolve recruitment challenges effectively.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
