We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the company’s management team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining records.
Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and invoicing.
Support internal communication and follow up on assigned tasks.
Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
Manage online filing systems and ensure information is up to date.
Assist with basic customer service tasks and liaise with clients when required.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
