Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Manager role based in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and negotiating contracts. This role will involve on-site work in Dubai.Develop and maintain strong relationships with the broker (Channel Partner) network in the designated region, both locally and internationally.
Engage and collaborate professionally with brokers to foster long-term, fruitful partnerships that drive business growth.
Manage and increase sales from both local and international broker offices, ensuring a consistent revenue stream.
Motivate brokers to actively participate in selling the company’s projects, aligning their efforts with company sales goals.
Lead and guide channel partners and brokers, providing training, resources, and tools to enhance their sales effectiveness.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics, adapting sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Track and analyze broker and channel partner performance, ensuring targets are met and providing regular performance reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies in all dealings with external partners to minimize risks and maintain ethical business practices.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or channel management, with a focus on real estate or related industries.
Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding relationships with channel partners, brokers, and external agencies.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including market trends, the regulatory environment, and the competitive landscape.
Strong expertise in off-plan property sales, with a deep understanding of indirect sales channels.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market opportunities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as needed.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools to track leads, manage partner relationships, and generate detailed reports.
