We are seeking an organized and welcoming Receptionist to join Eton Institute. As the first point of contact for students and visitors, you will handle inquiries, manage schedules, and provide administrative support to ensure a smooth and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist students, instructors, and visitors.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Assist the sales and coordination teams by supporting the daily operation.
Handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry and data management
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, preferably an Arabic Speaker
A sound knowledge of MS Office and administrative tools.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Must be a quick learner
Must be an energetic and an enthusiastic person
Should be ready to work on a fast paced environment
Must live in Dubai / UAE and ready to join immediately
