The key focus of the Nationalisation Attraction Specialist (Direct Recruiter - 12-month Fixed Term Contract) will be the engagement with potential nationalised candidates through various means, including attendance of at nationalised hiring events with the Leads.
You will leverage expertise, local language, and local culture to enable Robert Walters to achieve the nationalised hiring targets of our client which is one of the largest financial services and banking organisations in the world.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 to 4 years of experience within this sector and is based in Dubai.
Some responsibilities include:
Recruitment Management:
Working with the Leads to gain an understanding of upcoming roles and person requirements
Working with Leads to promote and cultivate nationalised applicants for roles, wherever possible
Acting as the 'candidate advocate' for nationalised applicants, providing guidance on the recruitment process, acting as an initial point of contact for nationalised applicants
Working with the client's stakeholders in order to promote nationalised candidate applications through career forums and other events
Develop specific promotional material for business areas and locations
Provide regular market information from on the nationalised candidate pool from external sources
Offer added value services
Ensure thorough and complete tracking history of every applicant progress, contact and feedback through the relevant recruitment systems
Providing strategic partnership with HR Advisors and key stakeholders, ensuring they are kept abreast of all recruitment developments and to understand their client's recruitment needs - forecasting where possible
Project work and reporting, as given by the business, on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Process and Procedure Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreement targets
Ensuring the ATS is accurate and up to date at all times
Ensure compliance with all client policies (including approval systems, compensation policies, e-mail policies, etc.)
Keep abreast of market trends and legislative developments
Skills and Experience Required:
Demonstrable recruitment experience with multinational businesses
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requisitions
Proven stakeholder engagement experience
Proved candidate management experience
