Role Overview
The Registered Nurse I is responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of individualized nursing care to patients in Home Care health services according to current best-evidence based standards, using best judgement at all times in alignment with DOH and organization policies, procedures, guidelines and standards.

Adheres to organizational policies, regulatory guidelines, and maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all tasks.
Contributes to continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency, patient care, and organizational effectiveness.
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care tailored to each patient's clinical, cultural, and socioeconomic needs, ensuring a positive patient and family experience.
Administers medications, including vaccines, ensures safety checks, and uses clinical equipment and resources efficiently following organizational policies.
Facilitates patient and family education, escalates care based on nursing assessments, and prioritizes interventions in coordination with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
Engages in professional development, sustains clinical competencies, provides training and feedback, and meets Continuous Medical Education (CME) requirements.
Promotes patient safety through adherence to clinical guidelines, participation in audits, and implementation of initiatives to ensure quality healthcare delivery.
Communicates effectively across teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and performs tasks requiring manual dexterity, mobility, and adaptability to various physical and professional demands.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
DOH Medical License
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Minimum 2 years’ experience post qualification
