We are seeking a professional and experienced Head Waitress to lead our service team, ensuring top-quality dining experiences for our guests. As the Head Waitress, you will oversee daily floor operations, manage and motivate waitstaff, and ensure that all service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and support waitstaff, providing guidance and training to maintain high standards of service.
Guest Relations: Greet and attend to guests, addressing any inquiries or special requests to ensure a memorable experience.
Order Management: Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to manage orders effectively, ensuring timely and accurate service.
Quality Control: Monitor service quality, ensuring all food and beverages meet presentation and quality standards.
Inventory and Supplies: Oversee stock levels of service-related items, making sure everything is available and ready for daily operations.
Conflict Resolution: Handle any guest complaints professionally and efficiently, working to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar role, preferably in a leadership position
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
