Conducting headhunting using Boolean search techniques to target both active and passive candidates.
Performing phone screenings, including PS2, to enhance candidate quality.
Filling positions with the best-suited candidates for the project.
Coordinating with the business team to optimize resource management.
Meeting all internal IT and non-IT recruitment needs over a six-month period.
Maintaining a compensation plan through periodic salary surveys, job evaluations, budget preparation, individual pay action scheduling, and recommending/implementing pay structure revisions.
Providing weekly, monthly, or quarterly recruitment reports and analyses to Talent Acquisition Leads (TALs) or other staffing team members, including updates on all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) when a Staffing Associate Lead is not present in your area.
Posting job openings on internal and external job boards and closing openings once the hiring process is complete.
