Position: IT Software/Outsourcing Sales Executive
Location: Latifa Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Opp. Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years in the Dubai market
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and professional IT Software/Outsourcing Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT software or IT outsourcing sales and be familiar with software sales, solutions selling, and lead generation. The role will involve targeting key decision-makers, driving sales strategies, and presenting solutions that align with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify, connect, and engage with potential leads and key decision-makers of top corporate clients.
  • Sales Prospecting & Appointments: Perform cold calls, follow-ups, and prospecting activities to set up meetings and appointments with "C" level executives.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver impactful online presentations and software demos to enterprise clients and stakeholders.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and propose the right IT software or outsourcing solutions to meet their needs, both pre-sales and post-sales.
  • Mail Campaigns: Send personalized mailers and communications to decision-makers to promote services and solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement lead generation and sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed sales documentation, reports, and client proposals.
  • Staff Augmentation & Project Handling: Support clients with staff augmentation and manage offshore, onsite, and nearshore service requirements.
  • Customer Interaction: Actively listen to client needs and deliver tailored solutions to close deals effectively.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT software or IT outsourcing sales within the Dubai market.
  • In-depth understanding of software sales and IT solution selling environments.
  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation strategies to engage potential customers.
  • Strong ability to connect with key decision-makers through appropriate channels.
  • Prior experience in staff augmentation, project handling, and client management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence "C" level executives.
  • Proficiency in documentation and report creation.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and enthusiastic approach towards achieving sales targets.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Currently residing in Dubai and available to join immediately or within 30 days.
  • Experience working in IT software sales or IT outsourcing in the UAE market.
