Job Description

You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.

What You Will Be Doing
 

• Welcomes the guests and ensures they are attended to i.e. presents menus, helps with recommendations, receives orders, places orders and handles payments.
• Works with your colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service.
• Ensures stocks at the bar are replenished and checked accordingly.
• Maintains a proper inventory of items and ensures that the expired ones are replaced, the bar pantry is well organized and coordinates with the Purchasing team for the requisition along with the Bartender.
• If needed, prepares alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for the guests in bars.
• Ensures you proactively comply with all regulation, particularly for alcohol licensing conditions and food safety.
• Assists other Food & Beverage Outlets in their operations during peak hours if needed.
   

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role in Bar is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
• Having education background in hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) & other international languages will be plus points
