As a Driver, your primary responsibility is to provide safe and efficient transportation services for guests or colleagues. You will be tasked with operating the designated vehicle, adhering to traffic and safety regulations, and ensuring a comfortable and secure journey. Additionally, you may be required to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle and provide excellent customer service throughout the transportation experience.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Safely operate the designated vehicle in compliance with traffic rules and regulations.
Provide courteous and professional transportation services to guests and colleagues.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, including regular inspections and reporting any issues.
Assist with loading and unloading luggage or other items as needed.
Plan and follow efficient routes to reach destinations in a timely manner.
Uphold a high standard of customer service, addressing passenger needs and concerns.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance while on duty.
Monitor and report any issues or incidents during transportation.
Adhere to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times.
Collaborate with other colleagues to coordinate transportation logistics as necessary.
Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
