The Opportunity

As a Technical Trainer on our team, you will plan and implement training programs and deliver training for our clients and employees. To be successful, you have to be highly knowledgeable in your field of expertise, possess solid technical aptitude in the realm of AI, Azure services, and big data analytics, and work independently or as a team collaborator in an agile and fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in setting up and establishing our training academy. Additionally, you will be an excellent communicator and explain complex subjects clearly and interestingly.

Responsibilities

• You collaborate with the training team, devise technical training programs according to business and client requirements, produce training schedules and classroom agendas, determine course content according to requirements, prepare training materials, and execute training sessions.
• You arrange for and conduct engaging and interactive onsite and offsite (client locations) training when needed.
• You have stellar communication skills, effectively expressing yourself and delivering meaningful learning experiences.
• You analyze the effectiveness of training programs and create plans to improve content and delivery continually.
• You are skilled in providing both classroom and virtual training, both instructor-led and hands-on.
• You are curious, researching topics to be included in the course and interacting with technical experts to design training materials.
• You are a collaborator and also an individual contributor who relies on professional discretion to achieve training goals.
• You use customer feedback to drive training programs, processes, and delivery.
• You enjoy collaborating in a multicultural and diverse environment.
• You create high-quality training materials, including presentations, handouts, cheat sheets, videos, demos, activities, and assessments.
  
   

Skills:

• Experience in training data analytics, BI, Microsoft Azure, and AI platforms preferred.
• Proven success in building, implementing, and facilitating training programs that have a proven impact on organization results.Experience establishing or working in an organization’s training academy will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience delivering classroom training and also virtual training using online tools.
• Knowledge of various modern training techniques and tools.
• Ability to deliver quality training under tight deadlines and also on demand.
  
   

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer designing and preparing training programs, materials, and workshops.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate, and other related credentials.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds (English). Arabic-speaking is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, education, training, or a related technical field.
• Willing to travel to client locations domestically and internationally, if required.
