Teletech is currently hiring for a Sales Account Manager.
The ICT Sales engineer will be responsible for driving sales and managing client accounts within the Enterprise sector. This role involves understanding clients' technology needs, proposing suitable solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential Enterprise/ICT clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer to stay informed and identify potential areas for business growth.
- Establish and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing opportunities through the sales cycle
- Engage with IT managers and key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, to understand their business challenges technology needs, and present compelling solutions.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value proposition of our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts that meet the specific requirements of clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently striving for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing their concerns or issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams.
- Stay updated on the latest ICT trends, emerging technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT sales, account management, or a related field within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of ICT products, services, and solutions, including hardware, software, networking, cloud computing, and telecommunications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Certifications or training in sales methodologies are advantageous.
