Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated HR Specialist to manage our recruiting, onboarding, and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for supporting employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support in employee engagement initiatives and performance management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
