Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client recruitment needs, job descriptions, and organizational culture.
- Provide consultative recruitment advice to clients.

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- ource candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals, headhunting).
- creen and interview potential candidates to assess skills, experience, and fit for the position.
- atch candidates with job opportunities and present qualified candidates to clients.

Interview Coordination & Offer Management:
- oordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- rovide feedback to both candidates and clients after interviews.
- egotiate salary and employment offers between clients and candidates.
- ssist candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
