We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Fruite Pickers. As a Fruite Picker, you will be responsible for harvesting various fruits from our orchards and ensuring their proper handling and packaging. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for agriculture, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
Harvest ripe fruits according to quality standards and production goals.
Inspect and sort fruits to ensure only the highest-quality products are selected.
Handle fruits with care to avoid any damage or bruising during the picking process.
Pack and stack harvested fruits in containers or crates following specific guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment to ensure food safety and hygiene.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
Communicate any issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Requirements
Physically fit and able to handle repetitive manual tasks for extended periods.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and rain.
Attention to detail and ability to differentiate between ripe and unripe fruits.
Strong work ethic and ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
Basic knowledge of fruit varieties, their characteristics, and harvesting techniques.
Capacity to follow instructions and adhere to quality and safety guidelines.
