Job Overview:

The Secondary Market Coordinator plays a critical role in managing transactions related to the resale of real estate properties. The ideal candidate will oversee the coordination of secondary market sales. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, strong multi-tasking and customer service skills, along with a strong understanding of the real estate market..

What you’ll do:

• Oversee, direct and coordinate the work with the team.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems, drive sheets and sales offers and all sheets that needs update daily, weekly and monthly.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars.
• Monitoring and having a track of databases.
• Providing information and assistance to interested parties engaged into a secondary market deal.
• Coordinating appointments, meetings, and showings related to the secondary sales department.
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with regulations or guidelines.
• Providing general administrative support to secondary sales department.
• Managing calendars, appointments, and deadlines for secondary market activities.
• Coordinating advertising campaigns or online marketing initiatives.
• Compiling data and preparing reports for management or clients.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements related to listings.
• Keeping abreast of changes in regulations or guidelines affecting listings and implementing necessary updates.
• Being responsible for any other related duties as required by the Head of Secondary.
• Attend and assist in the preparation and execution of roadshow events to ensure a seamless event.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).

At least 2-3 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on secondary markets or resale transactions.

Proven track record in a client-facing role, preferably in real estate or property management.

Strong understanding of the real estate secondary market, transaction processes, and property valuation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
