Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales Operation Specialist to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining our sales operations and supporting our sales team to achieve their targets. This position requires a blend of administrative, analytical, and interpersonal skills to optimize the sales process and enhance client satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

  • Launches:

Presentation arrangement with developers;

Information support for agents (point of contact, brochures, etc.);

Communication arrangement;

Collecting details of potential clients from the brokers;

Providing details to the management, developers;

Supporting booking process

  • Developers:

Following up with agents for deal status (by request);

Arranging with the accounting department for issuing invoices to developers (by request);

Providing developers all requested information, documents;

Signing contacts with new developers;

Updating contracts, interaction with the legal department;

Providing acknowledge letters, establishing a connection between developers and the marketing department.

  • Special Tasks:

Tasks from CEO (Nikita Kutznezov) and General Manager (Evgeny Ratskevich).

Communication with referrals and providing details to document controllers.

Support marketing team with materials from developers, and other requests;

  • Road Show:

Arranging list of participants;

Arranging product knowledge;

Collecting the number of meetings.

All other related duties and responsibilities as per requirement

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in managing data on developers' portals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
