Role: HR Specialist Emarati Talent
Location : Dubai.
A leading Organization in Dubai, is seeking to recruit an HR Specialist. Ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling employee relations, disciplinary, resignation analysis, termination process, handling staff events, experience in handling employee exits, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring a smooth transition while handling, Disciplinary and Grievance matters, Employee Happiness, Employees exiting the organization.
• Conceptualizing and evolving all retention management initiatives across the company.
• Providing support to the Business units and employees with regards to the HR related policies and process and ensuring the sections policies are created and aligned.
• Manage all employee exits (i.e. - Leavers); All exits such as Retirements, Resignations, Redundancy, Terminations, etc.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience
• Professional qualification (In HR or Psychology)
