An HR professional with 3-4 years of experience in employee relations, welfare, performance management, and talent development.
Well-versed in UAE labour laws and ready to ensure compliance.
Eager to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee employee welfare programs and ensure adherence to company policies.
Implement and administer performance management processes.
Develop and execute talent development initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
Provide support to all employees on HR-related matters.
