Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Implementing the annual job plan, the approved localization plan, and job replacement programs to cover the department’s needs for talents and retain them.
• Implementing all internal and external recruitment, selection, and appointment processes and procedures with the relevant organizational units, including sorting applications, setting interview dates, and other related procedures.
• Coordinating and implementing behavioral and technical competency tests for candidates to fill positions in the department according to the approved procedures in this regard.
• Preparing job offers and following up on the signing of employment contracts and appointment decisions in accordance with the approved laws and policies.
• Coordinating and implementing induction programs for new employees according to the time periods specified for this purpose.
• Continuous communication with various employment agencies to build a database of talents and competencies whose qualifications and experiences match the department’s vacant positions and update them continuously.
• Coordinating and organizing awareness workshops for policies and guides that fall within the scope of job jurisdiction.
• Implementing programs dedicated to caring for new employees and preparing periodic reports on them.
• Providing, preserving, updating, and documenting all documents, records, and data related to employees on the approved systems in the department and verifying their accuracy to ensure data extraction. And analyze it as requested.
• Continuous follow-up and review of developments in the field of work, and submit proposals to develop work procedures
• Perform any other tasks or duties related to the nature of the work as assigned
