We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Tax Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Tax Agent will be responsible for providing expert tax consulting and compliance services to our clients, ensuring they meet their tax obligations while optimizing their financial positions. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of tax regulations, excellent analytical skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on various tax matters, including income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure clients comply with all relevant tax laws and regulations, preparing and filing accurate tax returns and supporting documents.
• Tax Planning: Develop tax-efficient strategies and plans for clients to minimize their tax liabilities while maximizing financial benefits.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their tax-related queries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Research: Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and rulings and conduct research to provide clients with accurate and current information.
• Audits and Appeals: Assist clients in preparing for and responding to tax audits and appeals, representing their interests before tax authorities.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and documentation to support tax filings and compliance.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive tax reports and financial statements for clients, summarizing their tax positions and liabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or CPA qualification is a plus.
• Certified Tax Agent designation or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a Tax Agent or Tax Consultant, with a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in tax software and financial analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working for a tax consulting firm or CPA firm.
• Knowledge of international tax regulations and transfer pricing.
• Multilingual abilities, especially in languages relevant to your client base.
